How Do I Archive/Unarchive Production Records?

Archiving/Unarchiving a single production record

Option 1:
  1. Navigate to Production Records
    2. 1.1 Click settings on the upper right-hand side of the screen

    1.2 Select toggle_on show archived

  2. Hover over the record that you want to edit and click archive archive or unarchive unarchive on the right-hand side of the production record
Option 2:
  1. Navigate to Production Records
    2. 1.1 Click settings on the upper right hand of the screen

    1.2 Select toggle_on show archived

  2. Select an employee's production record
  3. Right-click on it
  4. Click archive archive production records or unarchive unarchive production records

Archiving/Unarchiving multiple production records

  1. Navigate to Production Records
    2. 1.1 Click settings on the upper right hand of the screen

    1.2 Select toggle_on show archived

  2. Select multiple production records
  3. Right-click on them
  4. Click archive archive production records or unarchive unarchive production records

Steps 1.1 and 1.2 are only necessary in case you are unarchiving production records
