How to Select Multiple Records in PickTrace

You can select multiple records at a time in PickTrace in the following pages: 

• Timecards
• Production Records
• Locations
• Employees
• Jobs

Select multiple records that are grouped together

Option 1

1. Navigate to any of the pages above
2. Select the check_box_outline_blank that is on top of the left corner of the table

All of the records on the page will be highlighted check_box

This option will select only the records that are visible on the current page. The number of records selected can change depending on the records per page used.

Option 2 

1. Select the first record, then press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard
2. While holding Shift click the last file or record

All the records in between this selection will be highlighted check_box

Select multiple records that are not grouped together

Option 1

1. Navigate to any of the pages mentioned above
2. Select the check_box_outline_blank  that is at the beginning of each individual record 

All the records selected will be highlighted  check_box. You can select as many records as you need.

Option 2 - on Windows

1. Select the first record, then press and hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard
2. While holding Ctrl click each of the other records that you want to select

Option 2 - on Mac

1. Select the first record, then press and hold the Cmd key on your keyboard
2. While holding Cmd click each of the other records that you want to select

All the records selected will be highlighted check_box you can select as much as you need
