New Crew Scheduler UI
Updated the Crews page to allow bulk editing breaks & lunch prompts.
- In your organization navigate to the crew scheduler page
- Hover over a crew and date
- Click on the date once you see the dotted line
ADD A NEW DATE
- Navigate to the left-hand side to update the start and end date
- Click on the “No end date” box if you do not want the schedule to end
ADD CREW(S)
- Click on the arrow to see the crews
- To add a crew, click on the box next to the name of the crew
- You can add multiple crews when creating a new Crew Schedule
ADD WORK BUNDLE
- Click on the arrow to see the Work Bundles
- Select the Work Bundle you would like to add to the crew(s)
UPDATE JOB RATES
- Click on the job or “Hourly Rate Manager” to update the job rate
- Select what job(s) you would like to update the rate for
- Select the Pay Style
- Add the new rate
- Click on “Set Hourly Rate” to finalize
- Click on “Back to Crew Schedule” when done
ADD SITES AND LOCATIONS
- Click on the arrow to see the Locations
- Select the Location(s) you would like to add to the crew(s)
UPDATE PIECE RATES
- Click on the location or “Piece Rate Manager” to update the piece rate
- Select what location(s) you would like to update the rate for
- Select the piece rate type
- Add the new rate
- Click on “Set Piece Rate” to finalize
- Click on “Back to Crew Schedule” when done
ADDITIONAL SETTINGS
- Right-click on an active Crew Schedule to see additional settings
- Click on “Duplicate Crew Schedule” to add Crew Schedule to another crew
- Click “View Sites and Locations” to see active ranches and blocks for the crew
- Click “Edit Crew Schedule” to edit
- Click “Remove Crew Schedule” to delete the Crew Schedule
- Click “Add Crew Schedule” to add a new Crew Schedule
