Adding Notes In PickTrace Employee's page
We have added the ability to view and add notes directly from the employee profile page. Users can view the notes associated with an employee directly on the employee profile page, in a scrollable list from newest to oldest.
How to add a note on the employee profile?
Navigate to the employee's Page
Select the desired employee and highlight the employee record, right-click and, select the Notes option
Add the desired note within the text box, and hit the SAVE NOTE button to finish the process
Notes can be identified with the following Icon, old notes will show the date and time of creation.
Use the advanced search to filter by employees with notes
