The list below summarizes the calculations for the performance metrics that can be used to sort the list of employees within the crew:

• Total pieces: total production units
• Duration: total hours
• Total labor cost: total labor cost
• Units / hour: pieces / total piece hours
• Average cost / unit: total labor cost / pieces
• Time / unit: total piece hours / pieces
• Average piece rate wage / hour: (piece rate x pieces) / total piece hours
• Start time: timestamp of the employee’s first checkin
• Minimum wage adjustment: total cost of adjustments 

Definitions

• Pieces =  production units
• Piece rate = compensation rate paid per production unit
• Total hours = work hours tied to all jobs
• Total piece hours = work hours tied to jobs that accept pieces
