Do Not Hire Employee Tracking

This change allows users to mark employees as "Do not Hire" and prevents timecards/production records to be created for employees in both the field and office.

Web and mobile users can now designate an employee as “Do Not Hire” immediately blocking that employee from being checked in, credited for a production record, or hired by another employer in the organization

After being effectively marked as “do not hire”, employees will sometimes try to move to a different location and/or crew to resume work later that same day. The grower does not always have time to archive the employee record in PickTrace before this happens, which means it's possible for these employees to resume working later that same day on different crews or employers in the same organization. This “Do Not Hire” status allows users from the office or field to quickly designate an employee to the effective naughty list to immediately prevent them from working further.
