What is a Dashboard?

The dashboard is the crew leaders’ homepage once they enter into the application each day.  It is the gateway to seeing a high-level overview of information happening within the crew. The crew leader will see what employees are checked in as well as daily production records on the dashboard.  The dashboard is also where the crew leader will be able to check employees in for work, check them out at the end of the day, as well as credit production records to an employee. 

Good To Knows:

• Language Preference: Each employee using the PickTrace device can select their preferred language. This preference is used when unlocking the app; If the employee’s language preference is Spanish, all of the Field application text will be in Spanish except for defined jobs, sites, and location names which will remain the same in English or Spanish. This preference is stored in the Employee Profile, and can be updated from the Office. 
• When selecting (and long pressing) an employee’s name on the Dashboard, you can see the current job that employee is doing and have the option to access that employee’s profile.
