How Do I Edit the Piece Rates/Locations on a Crew Schedule?

Add a new Location

1. Navigate to Crew Scheduler
2. Hover over the work bundle you’d like to edit and right-click on it
3. Select edit Edit Crew Schedule
4. In the Edit Crew Schedule window, click Next twice to access the location and piece rates section
5. Click on the locations search bar to open the sites and locations list
6. Click the arrow_drop_down on the right-hand side of the site that contains the locations you want to add, a location drop-down will be displayed.
7. Check check_box the location/s that need to be added
   1. To add all the locations under a specific site, check the check_box next to the site name. This will automatically select all the locations linked to that site.
   2. If you want to add all the locations from all sites, check the check_box All locations below the locations search bar
8. Click Save

Remove Locations

1. Navigate to Crew Scheduler
2. Hover over the work bundle you’d like to edit and right-click on it
3. Select edit Edit Crew Schedule
4. In the Edit Crew Schedule window, click Next twice to access the location and piece rates section
5. Click clear next to the locations that need to be removed, this will also remove the piece rates assigned to that location
6. Click Save

Add/Edit Piece Rates

1. Navigate to Crew Scheduler
2. Hover over the work bundle you’d like to edit and right-click on it
3. Select edit Edit Crew Schedule
4. In the Edit Crew Schedule window, click Next twice to access the location and piece rates section
5. Since piece rates are linked to the locations, click edit next to the location to add or edit the piece rate
6. You can set piece rates on a list or a range format
   1. List: A drop-down list will be displayed on the device with all the piece rates added
      1. To add multiple rates to the list, click add ADD ANOTHER RATE
   2. Range: Add the minimum and maximum rate, this option will allow the user to type in any piece rates between that range of prices on the device
7. Select Done
8. Select Save once you finished

Any edits made to the work assignment will reflect on the device as soon as the device is connected to the internet. 

If workers are already checked into the device, they will remain checked in and their timecards should not be impacted as long as their working location was not removed from the work assignment.
