How Do I Create (Hire) a New Employee?

  1. Navigate to Employees
  2. Select the "+" icon in the left-hand corner
  3. A Hire new employee page will appear
  4. Fill out all of the applicable fields. At a minimum, the following fields are required:
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. SSN
    4. Date of birth
    5. Gender
    6. Marital Status
    7. Language preference
    8. Employment information
      1. Employer
      2. Title
      3. Hire Date
      4. Start Date
      5. Crew
  5. Select Save
Note: The Employee will now display in the list of the Employees and automatically be assigned a PickTrace ID.
