How Do I Create (Hire) a New Employee?
- Navigate to Employees
- Select the "+" icon in the left-hand corner
- A Hire new employee page will appear
- Fill out all of the applicable fields. At a minimum, the following fields are required:
- First Name
- Last Name
- SSN
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Marital Status
- Language preference
- Employment information
- Employer
- Title
- Hire Date
- Start Date
- Crew
- Select Save
Note: The Employee will now display in the list of the Employees and automatically be assigned a PickTrace ID.
